Our very own little Pipistrelle Bat! This girl has ears for days and a heart of gold.

Pip's story
Pip was dumped at our shelter gates in the middle of the night, where she waited patiently for someone to find her. As soon as we spotted her, she was so excited to see us: it was nothing but wagging tails and happy little leaps of enthusiasm, as if she knew she’d been saved at last.
We know nothing about the life that’s led her to us, but a quick check up at the vets confirmed that she was fit and healthy and ready to start a happier chapter of her young life. It’s been our pleasure to take her under our wing and prepare her for a loving, fun-filled life with a family of her own.

Pip's character
Pip is a happy, playful and sociable young dog. She loves the company of animals and people alike, and has formed a special friendship with double-amputee, Leo. She’s always respectful when they play together, never getting too rough or boisterous, and it’s been a joy to watch Leo come out of his shell thanks to Pip’s gentle but persistent companionship.
She’s not one to pass up on a good cuddle, and she’s become a firm favourite here on The Farm.

Pip's perfect home
Pip is looking for someone who can shower her with love and affection. Despite being abandoned as a young pup, she hasn’t let this damage her opinion of humans and she’d love to have someone she could call her own.
Like all young dogs, she’s playful and energetic and will need someone to help her learn good habits and manners as she grows up – with exercise, training and a sprinkle of patience, we have no doubt that she’ll grow into a bright, cheerful and unswervingly loyal companion for one lucky adopter!
