1. Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Jai Dog Rescue (“Jai”), a registered charity in England and Wales (charity number 1172313) whose registered office is at 103 Gaunt Street, Southwark, London, SE1 6DP.

2. Eligibility: The competition is open to all attendees of Goodwoof who visit the Jai Dog Rescue tent during the event who are aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, companies related to the Promoter and any suppliers of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition.

3. Entry: Participants can enter the competition by filling out the entry form provided at Jai Dog Rescue tent and guessing the number of dog treats in the designated dog treat jar. Entries must include the participant’s name, email address and guess to be considered valid. Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. Entry Period: The competition is open from 9.30am on Saturday 18 May 2024 to 5pm on Sunday 19 May 2024.

5. Prize: The prize for this competition is:

a) 1 x Barc London fleece and collar set,

b) 1 x Ministry of Sound merchandise bundle,

c) 1 x Maggie the Wunderdog signed book

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

6. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected through a random draw of all valid entries that include a correct guess of the number of dog treats. If there are no correct guesses a winner will be selected at random from all guesses within +/-25. i.e. if correct number was 325 winner will be drawn from guesses 300-350. The winner will be selected on 20 May 2024.

7. Notification: The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the winner selection. If any winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The prize must be redeemed within 2 months of notification.

8. Marketing Opt-in: By entering the competition, participants may agree to opt into receiving future marketing communications from Jai Dog Rescue. Participants who wish to receive marketing communications can indicate their preference on the entry form.

9. Data Protection: The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish the first name, surname initial and county of prize winners when announcing winners and will also provide this to anyone who emails [email protected]. If you object to any or all of your information being published or made available, please contact the Promoter [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. Any personal data collected during the competition will otherwise be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent. 10. General Conditions: Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Jai reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel

the competition at any time without prior notice. By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law: The competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
