REFUNDS & RETURNS
We offer refunds to all UK customers, for all non-sale items if logged within 14 days of receipt.
If you’d like to return an item, please email us on email@example.com and provide details of what you’re returning, and whether you’d like an exchange or a refund.
Please note, we cannot offer international refunds / exchanges.
Shipping your return
Once you’ve emailed us, we’ll provide the best shipping address for you to post your returned item.
Please note that as a small charity, we’re not able to offer free shipping for returns, so please ensure you check our size guides and your order summary carefully before placing an order.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds:
1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
2. Please do contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next try contacting your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size/colour, please send us an email and we’ll be happy to arrange this for you.
