Help Daisy Heal – and Be There for the Next Rescue Dog

Because of supporters like you, dogs like Daisy are alive today. Thank you.

Not long ago, an eight-week-old puppy was brought to us with severe burns. We named her Daisy. Please don’t worry – this page does not include images of the wounds she experienced.

Daisy’s Story

Daisy, an eight-week-old puppy, recently arrived at our veterinary clinic with severe burns.

Her delicate skin was raw, inflamed, and extremely painful. The local who found her had applied an antibiotic spray called Cyclo earlier, but it caused serious damage to her fragile skin.

Our emergency rescue team acted immediately – providing daily wound care, medication, and comfort to help Daisy heal. As her skin slowly recovered, further complications emerged: one of her ears had fused to her body and required surgery to prevent long-term pain.

Daisy was also malnourished, and her front legs are slightly bowed, meaning she will need ongoing quality food and support as she grows and thrives.

Thanks to your support, Daisy is now healthy, happy, and ready for her new life.

But there are always more dogs in urgent need like Daisy.

Why Regular Gifts Matter

One-off gifts allow us to act fast when a dog like Daisy arrives in urgent need.

But recovery doesn’t happen overnight. Dogs like Daisy require months of treatment, care, and ongoing support. Regular gifts mean we can stay by their side every step of the way, without worrying about funds running out.

Your monthly gift ensures we can plan ahead, respond quickly, and never walk away from a dog in need.

What Your Monthly Gift Can Do

A monthly contribution can make a big difference:

  • $7 a month could help cover daily medication and wound care
  • $10 a month could fund ongoing veterinary checks and urgent pain relief
  • $15 a month could help us prepare for surgery and long-term vet care for a dog like Daisy

Your support helps us rescue and care for more animals in emergencies. Will you join us with a monthly donation today?
